RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, and unwashed items in their original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the items is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
• Returns that do not meet the above conditiond may not be accepted.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
